Release
of Transcripts and Diplomas:
All accounts owed to Grace Baptist Academy must be paid before
transcripts or diplomas will be released.
Testing
Fees:
Sophomores and juniors take the PSAT/NMSQT test each fall.
Parents are responsible for the fees charged by these testing
organizations (usually about $15.00).
Juniors should take the ACT and seniors the SAT for college
admissions processing.
Fees for these tests (approx. $35.00) are paid directly to the
testing organization when the student registers for the test.
Graduation
Fees:
A $50 SENIOR GRADUATION FEE IS
CHARGED. THIS FEE MUST
BE PAID BEFORE GRADUATION.
Parent
Agreement:
I agree to the above stated policies.
I understand that a late fee of $20 will be assessed if my
payment is more than 10 days late.
If my account is more than 45 days past due, my student
will be withdrawn. I
understand that if my student is withdrawn or expelled during the
year that all fees are due and are non-refundable.
Tuition
will be charged to include the entire month of withdrawal regardless
of the number of days attended that month.
